I ordered this bench less than a week before a meditation workshop. I called the owner to see if he could get to me on time and he made it and sent it out the same day…truly amazing service! Now as far as comfort and ergonomics go, this bench sets me up effortlessly in perfect alignment.

I don’t like my bench…… I love it.

Contrary to many spiritual dogmas I am totally attached to it.The padding is soft and thick for comfort but firm enough to stop the back of my leg from grounding out and becoming numb.The bench is wider than most, which means I can shuffle back and forward to find a variety of comfortable positions. This is my first bench with Multi-radius rounded legs; love em. During longer meditations or bad body days I flip the bench round and it’s like a whole new experience. I’ve had the bench for about six months and sit for about two hours a day with no discomfort.

Wherever you are on your meditation journey I would recommend this bench to you………….I love my bench

I’ve been using one of these meditation benches for over 4 years and I absolutely love it!

My legs would fall asleep when I sat on the floor to meditate and because of my height (5’2″), chairs were not comfortable. This bench is perfect (mine is the medium size). I can adjust it as needed and it helps to keep my spine straight and my body comfortable. I wear a hoodie or vest and keep my hands in the pockets to support my back. I have done long meditations using my bench with no problems. It’s light weight and easy to transport.

I put it in my suitcase while traveling and it provides extra protection and support for my belongings! All around a great buy.
I recommend these benches 100%.

Warm greetings from the East Coast. Just a brief note to let you know that I love my bench, and thanks to your kind consultation and the wonderful video link you sent me, I’ve found my own “groove” and can sit for my full hour meditation sessions with no more pain.

I also learned something new from you about supporting my arms. I’ve tried both the blanket and hoodie-pocket methods successfully. Additionally, I found that rolling my hands in the under side of the bottom of the front of my hoodie works, as well!

Finally, your advice about support for ankles that don’t stretch was revolutionary for me.
