If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return products for a full refund or exchange. Choosing a product for sitting can involve some trial and error until the right fit is found. If you have received a sitting product and are not satisfied with it, please contact us immediately so that we may help you find a solution. Sometimes there are ways to adjust your sitting product that you may not be aware of. Whether it's a return, exchange, or a custom order, we will gladly assist you.
Everything that we offer is guaranteed against defects. We will replace or repair a defective product at any time.
We offer this service with no processing fee. The only risk to the customer is that you will not be refunded shipping charges and you will need to pay for shipping of any products back to us. If you wish to replace the returned product with something else, you will also need to pay the shipping costs of that.
1) Item (s) must be in new condition.
2) Item (s) must be returned within 24 days of receipt.
Directions for Returns:
1) Carefully pack product in a box and include a copy of your invoice and the reason for the return. State whether you would like an exchange or refund.
2) Address box to: Joy is Within You Returns, 800 South Pacific Coast Hwy. 8-182, Redondo Beach, CA 90277.
3) After we receive the product in new condition we will promptly send a refund check to the original shipping address of the item.
Shipping Rates (continental US)
(free shipping for orders of $75.00 and up!)
Multi CD or DVD sets ............$8.00
Shipping charges are calculated based on the single most expensive item in your order. For example whether you buy one or more individual CD's your shipping remains $3.75. If you buy a bench you get free shipping on the the bench and anything else on that order.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and outside of US
Shipping prices for orders in these areas are not reflected in our shopping cart. We will email you the actual charges for your approval before shipping.
Shipping time
We ship orders within 2-3 business days. If your product is not in stock we will notify you right away.
Regular ground shipping to the east coast takes five -six business days in transit. The closer you live to California, the sooner your package will arrive. Email us if you would like your order sooner.
Most packages are shipped via UPS. If you would like your package shipped through the US Postal Service please let us know. There may be an extra shipping charge due to rate differences.
How To Order:
Simply click on the item you want to order and you will enter our secure shopping cart. You will be prompted to either return to the site for more shopping or to check out if you are finished shopping.
Shipping prices will be entered for you on the shopping cart. You will be sent an auto-responder email message shortly after ordering. It will tell you that your order will take up to two weeks for delivery, and that if you need it sooner you should contact us and we will offer you different options for expedited delivery.
